This picture is derived some some illustrations I did for a friend who was writing a children's book about a kid named "I Can Do It." Yes, that's literally the kid's name. Weird, huh?

Can you imagine the heckling that kid would receive at school? Like when they're picking teams in gym class: "I'll take Tim, Kevin, John, I Can Do It, and Larry." Or when the teacher says, "I Can Do It, will you please go to the board and explain Newton's Law of Universal Gravitation?" and the boy has to hang his head in shame and admit, "I can't."

Anyway, weird name, but I like the picture. Oh, and my friend quit writing the book. Apparently she couldn't do it.
